THE LINKED Group demonstrated its technical precision and commitment to uninterrupted client safety by completing vital corrective maintenance at Nippon Micrometal Corporation Philippines at the First Philippine Industrial Park in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, on Aug. 16, 2026.

The targeted operation restored optimal functionality to two analog CCTV camera views that had been flagged during a preliminary site assessment in July.

The electronic security solutions (ESS) team, led by ECE assistant supervisor Elison Rondolo and associate Angelo Dy, executed the maintenance protocols with rigorous attention to safety and quality standard operating procedures. Prior to commencing work, the team fulfilled the required Philippine Economic Zone Authority compliance documentation, conducted a mandatory toolbox meeting safety briefing and coordinated on-site with the client representative, Maria Donna Rapada, to ensure smooth operations.

The corrective intervention involved addressing internal power components and external protective hardware. ESS engineers replaced a malfunctioning power supply with a new unit and respliced the electrical connections to establish stable voltage delivery. Recognizing that the existing conduit had become brittle and deteriorated over time, the team replaced the exposed sections to safeguard the cabling against potential rainwater splash and water ingress.

Following physical repairs, the team performed systematic verification testing from the central CCTV control room. Live video feeds were fully restored and confirmed operational for both DVR 5-Camera 80 and DVR 2-Camera 24.

Beyond resolving a technical issue, this initiative reflects the LINKED Group’s core value of operational excellence. Through swift response times, rigorous quality standards and proactive problem solving, the LINKED Group continues to uphold its commitment to service reliability, client trust and continuous improvement across all security operations.
