ROCKWELL Land Corporation has executed share purchase agreements with the majority of the remaining shareholders of Alabang Commercial Corporation (ACC). Under the terms
of the agreement, Rockwell is acquiring shares representing 22.96% of the outstanding capital stock of ACC for a total consideration of P6.2 billion. This strategic transaction increases Rockwell’s total equity ownership in ACC from 76.3% to 99.26%, further solidifying its control over the 17.5-hectare development.

Following the acquisition, Rockwell continues to advance its enduring plans for the property. As shared during the company’s annual stockholders meeting in June 2026, Rockwell has begun the master planning of Alabang Town Center (ATC), engaging Uruguayan Canadian architect Carlos Ott alongside Jun Rodriguez of Pimentel Rodriguez Simbulan & Partners Architects.

Initial priorities over the next two years include enhancements to parking, circulation and the tenancy mix. Over the next five to 10 years, the long term vision is to restore the old charm while evolving ATC into a more vibrant and experiential lifestyle destination. The acquisition builds on Rockwell’s strong momentum in 2026, marked by key milestones across its portfolio, including the handover of Aruga Resort and Residences-Mactan, the topping off of Power Plant Mall Angeles and the strong market reception of Cabo San Diego in Lian, Batangas, reflecting growing confidence in the company’s long-term growth strategy.
